Inside the Project
Why this blog and the Sport Trading Life project were born
I’ve always felt a strong attraction to what can’t be done.
In personal life as in professional life.
And I’ve always achieved positive results when I moved forward ‘despite everything’, despite the contrary opinions of people and the world around me.
“A long-distance relationship can’t be successful”. And I married my wife, whom I met in Egypt in 2004, after 2 years of a long-distance relationship, lived between Milan and Vicenza.
“A business can’t survive without the presence of the entrepreneur”. And in 2014, I moved to Slovenia, emancipating my company from my physical presence.
“You can’t make a living from sports betting”. And for 9 years, I have been a professional Sport Trader.
Certainly, the limits imposed by conventions, ethics, and entrenched beliefs have always stimulated me to step out of my comfort zone. They simply activated in me the sense, the will, and the pleasure of the challenge.
Of course, regarding the world of Sport Trading, it would have been much simpler if I had found some examples of success at the beginning, or any testimony that “it could be done”.
And this is the first reason why I decided to write about my experience.
23 years after the first steps taken in the academic world (it was the year 2000), I realize, with dismay, that this profession still does not receive adequate recognition.
Too often, still, Sport Trading is associated with the theme of gambling and addiction.
In this way, an underlying world of psychology, method, and self-improvement is ignored. A substrate that can boast few equals in the world of work.
But a market that offers enormous prospects is also ignored. And in a context like the current one, I would say this is no small matter.
To this day, the few who practice this profession still have to hide or move away. Italy is stuck in the quagmire of a legislative landscape that shamefully hinders those with the ability to practice a difficult profession. And also, stimulating and profitable.
I believe, strongly believe, that this can be a job of the future, thanks to its many facets.
I believe that the new generations, and the future ones, will live the advantage of being less bound by misleading mental patterns. They will, by physiological evolution, be more open to the advancing new and less rooted in their territory. And they may find in still unexplored and undervalued sectors like Sport Trading, a space to create development.
A development that takes into account the specificities of this job and the potential for professional and personal growth it offers.
From the desire to share my experience and be helpful to those approaching the profession or wanting to improve, the need for a direct and honest communication flow was born in me.
Honest in that it is based on the experience of someone who was determined to embrace a job, a project, a lifestyle. Without help, without reference examples, in general mistrust.
For this reason, I have decided to share my experience and my long-standing passion, telling what is behind and trying to legitimize not only the existence but also the importance and beauty of a job like Sport Trading.
At the same time, I will also share the new steps, the new strides that I will gradually take and learn, in an improvement journey that can never be considered complete.

Professional Sport Trader
In this blog, I not only aim to shed light on a profession too often misunderstood but also to highlight the transformative journey that Sports Trading represents.
More than a mere pursuit of financial gain, becoming a Sports Trader represents a path of personal growth, an adventure that propels you beyond the boundaries of your comfort zone, opening doors to unprecedented freedom. It’s a journey that begins with passion and discipline and evolves into a path toward logistical and ultimately financial freedom. Yet this financial freedom is nothing but a sweet consequence of a well-traveled path, an internal journey that shapes not only how we operate in the market but who we become at our core.
Through the communication in this blog, I share my most intimate and profound goal: to become the best version of myself, leveraging every challenge and opportunity that Sports Trading offers me to grow and constantly improve in all aspects of life.
A life, as a Professional Sport Trader
Sports trading is not an easy profession, but neither is it impossible. It’s not for everyone, but it’s not for very few either.
So, who is it for?
For those who trade in other areas and want to expand their field of action.
For those who have ventured into sports betting but are looking for a different approach.
For those with a passion for sports and a desire to challenge themselves every day.
For those unafraid to take risks.
For those undeterred by prejudices.
